His 20-year career has included working with Ryder, UPS, Menlo, Exel, Owens Corning, Coca-Cola, Georgia-Pacific, SAPPI, Baxter, De Beers, Mercedes Benz, Nissan and many other major firms worldwide.
Lew has been invited to speak at many Conferences and Universities in his chosen field, including the Cleveland State University, University of Toledo, National University of Singapore, Macquarie University and the University of Pretoria. He is also a speaker on the Executive Masters in International Logistics (EMIL) Program conducted by Georgia Tech University in the USA He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Africa

Jaganath has an MBA (Honors) majoring in Finance and Private Equity from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi. Mr Rajeev Rajadhyaksha is is a member of the Advisory Board at ThinkLink.He is a Seasoned Supply Chain and Logistics Professional. He is the Founder and Managing Director at Aumkar Supply Chain Solutions, a consulting firm that specialises in planning and rolling out Business Strategies for Realty, 3PL and Transport Companies His 35+ years of Professional Experience has involved work experience in all aspects of Supply Chain for diverse industry sectors. In his previous role Rajeev was Managing Director at DHL Lemuir Logistics (previously Exel India) . He was the member of the Asia Pacific Management Board for DHL Exel Supply Chain, which was responsible for driving the business across 17 countries in APAC. Prior to this Rajeev was General Manager at AFL Logistics, he was instrumental in setting up the Logistics business for AFL at a time when there were no other 3 PL players in theIndian market.He completed a Bachelors Degree in Science from St Xavier’s College and LLB from Law Faculty, Delhi University

Lee has been a guest lecturer at National University of Singapore, M.I.T., and the Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute .He received B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Kansas and holds an M.S. in Management from the Sloan School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
